Mandate
To organize ideas and establish the strategy to carry out the project, then make it accessible to producers, to partners, and to the population. To make this happen, eloquent words and a strong image were needed in order to properly highlight this unifying project.
Approach
To achieve these objectives, we set up a reflection process with the region’s Agri-Agro Committee, which brings together producers and people representing DEV, nonprofits and the provincial government. After several collaborative workshops, we established the Hub’s strategic positioning, and brand pyramid, including the big idea underlying the project: Grow. Gather. Feed. We also defined a graphic identity and developed the deployment strategy for the initiative.
ResultS
Thanks to the Hub, agri-food producers in Vaudreuil-Soulanges now easily reach a wider clientele—citizens, restaurants, institutions and hotels. By pooling their efforts, they have put a flexible and economical solution in place to distribute their products. The strong and distinctive brand identity built by Rümker—visible, among other things, on the fire truck transformed into a mobile farmers’ market—fostered the success of this daring initiative powered by DEV Vaudreuil-Soulanges. The sustainable food project continues to develop today, through Cooperative CSUR (also our client), which has taken up the torch through its Ecolocal Market and imagines the continuity of this great adventure!
